With its almost 3,800 sq. ft of living space, Villa Gail nestles majestically in nearly 5 acres of the authentic Mediterranean countryside. Ideally situated, it is only 1 minute from the legendary village of Ramatuelle and 5 minutes from the iconic Pampelonne beach.

The villa offers a natural scenery of the Provençal farmhouse’s magic with elegant contemporary interior spaces and ultra-high-end amenities entirely conceived to your comfort.

The grand entrance with its three majestic Moooi chandeliers leads to the double-height lounge offering 861 sq. ft. of absolute comfort. Many features are on the offer while staying at this stunning villa. You will indulge in large spaces, noble materials, natural light, and spectacular views from its many windows. The lounge is a haven of total peace and tranquility, allowing relaxation and gatherings with loved ones.

An immense, fully equipped professional kitchen of clean, pure design is in the center of the house. It offers two ovens, two fridges, two dishwashers (one professional), a built-in wine cellar, and a plancha. The kitchen opens onto a terrace tiled in natural terracotta, where time passes serenity to the sound of the tinkling of the fountain in the shade of the garden’s vegetation.

Noble textiles decorate the interiors with taste and elegance throughout the building. At first sight, a gorgeous Terracotta and natural stone flooring captivate the eye; uncovered beams and the fireplaces in the double-height lounge and the main suite are striking features.

Villa Gail sleeps 18 guests in total solace in its large eight-bedroom suites. Two of which have their independent entrance in the first part of the property. All eight bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twin rooms.

They offer total comfort with a flat screen TV with access to international channels, a private bathroom (with bath for the main suite) and WC, dressing room, safe deposit box, and all the charm of a Provençal farmhouse with natural terracotta tiles on the floor. The master bedroom suites lie over 323 sq. ft in natural stone flooring. It has a fireplace, a bathroom with a full bath, and a private terrace.

Tucked away from the main living areas is the home cinema. The blockbuster space offers all the comfort necessary to enjoy viewing on its 75-inch screen and welcomes 16 guests. For fun and entertainment, a PlayStation and an extensive video library and access to multiple TV channels enable intimate family and friends gatherings.

Villa Gail offers a fitness room of over 215 sq. ft. equipped professionally with an exercise cycle, rowing machine, Concept2 weights, yoga mat, and flat screen TV.

All the French windows at Villa Gail frame the exterior view like many paintings in an exhibition. The 40 x 20-foot heated swimming pool is steps away from a two-hundred-year-old olive tree and pine trees. A little further out on the hillside, a pétanque pitch is an idyllic spot to pass the long, warm summer evenings in total communion with nature, in the typical French style.

The breathtaking view of the Gulf of St-Tropez and from afar to the bay of Cannes is mesmerizing.
