Chef Shahar Dan

Chef Shahar DAN has been trained at Nobu NYC. There, he learned every aspect of this new, modern Japanese cuisine. Having mastered this new-style cuisine, he opened several restaurants in the US, in Denmark, and in Monte-Carlo. He also worked as a private chef for a high profile individual and he spent 10 years cooking & traveling to exclusive locations. He has been based in Monaco for the last 12 years.
